Can I get samples?

We do not send free samples. However, if you would like to order flowers in advance for your own sampling and trial production, it is common to do so for beginners! This will assure you are confident, familiar and comfortable when the full order arrives. Reminder, we are a bulk market that offers by the bunch and not by single stems.

Alternatively, you are also welcome to shop our flower cooler in Baltimore, Maryland! We are home to the largest flower cooler in the region! When should I schedule the arrival of my flowers?

For most weddings and events, three days before your event date is the sweet spot for flower arrival.

If your occasion is on Saturday, we recommend scheduling delivery for Wednesday. This allows plenty of time for your flowers to hydrate, open naturally, and be arranged without feeling rushed.

Let's look at a typical Wedding Flower Timeline

Day 1 (Wednesday): Hydrate & Prep

  • Unpack your flowers.
  • Give each stem a fresh cut.
  • Place flowers in clean buckets with fresh water.
  • Allow blooms time to hydrate and begin opening.

Day 2 (Thursday): Start Designing

  • Create centerpieces, vase arrangements, and bridesmaid bouquets.
  • Continue monitoring hydration and bloom development.

Day 3 (Friday): Finish the Details

  • Create your bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, and any remaining personal flowers.
  • By this point, many blooms will be opening beautifully and showing their full potential.

Event Day (Saturday): Enjoy!

  • Your flowers should be fully hydrated, beautifully open, and ready to shine.

A florist's secret? Flowers are often at their most beautiful just before they reach their peak bloom. Our goal isn't to make your flowers last for weeks—it's to ensure they look their absolute best on your wedding or event day.

Please keep this in mind, if you are looking primarily for longevity in your flowers versus a portrait-ready moment for a single special day like an event or wedding. This could apply to people that are bulk gifting their flowers. In this case, you will want to prepare everything at a fresh stage so several days can be had of enjoying the flowers as they open naturally through all of their best stages.

PLACE YOUR ORDER EARLY:

We highly suggest you pre-order at least two weeks in advance of your intended delivery or pick-up date. The latest you can place an order with us is 5 business days before your delivery or pick-up date.

Do I have to be home for the delivery? Can I pick-up my order?

You must be home for the delivery of perishable items! This includes flowers, greenery and plants.

Absolutely--You can pick-up your order!

If you'd prefer, you can schedule your order for pick-up at our store rather than delivery. You'll still select a pick-up date during checkout, but there's no need to choose a specific pick-up time.

Once your order is prepared and ready, you're welcome to stop by anytime during our regular business hours on your scheduled pick-up date.

We recommend selecting a pick-up date that aligns with your flower preparation timeline. For most weddings and events, that means scheduling pick-up approximately three days before your event date to allow time for hydration, processing, and designing.

If you have any questions about timing, our team is always happy to help you determine the best pick-up date for your project.

See here for our location and business hours.

About My Order

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have an issue with my order?

We want you to be thrilled with your flowers.

Fresh flowers are perishable and time-sensitive, so if something doesn't look right when your order arrives, please let us know as soon as possible. Our team is committed to finding a fair solution and will review each situation individually.

To help us assist you quickly, all concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please submit to us ASAP.

Product Quality Concerns

If you receive flowers that are significantly damaged or not performing as expected, please contact our team within 24 hours and include:

  • 2-3 close-up photos of the issue
  • 2-3 photos of the bunches or flowers as a whole
  • Photos taken in good lighting whenever possible

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund.

Please note that we cannot process claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery, without photos, or for flowers that have been discarded before our team has had an opportunity to review the issue.

Color Variations

Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in color, shading, streaking, or markings are completely normal. While we do our best to source flowers that match the product photos and descriptions, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Bloom Size Variations

Bloom size can vary throughout the growing season due to weather, growing conditions, and natural crop fluctuations. Minor size differences are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Proper Flower Care

Successful DIY flowers start with proper care and preparation.

Each flower variety has unique processing and care requirements, which can be found on the product pages and within our flower care resources. Customers are responsible for following recommended care guidelines, including proper hydration, storage, and handling.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues resulting from improper care, including:

  • Flowers left out of water
  • Use of additives not recommended by our team
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Overcrowding or damaging delicate blooms during processing or design

The good news? Most flower issues can be avoided with proper preparation, and we're always happy to help answer questions along the way. Please find our Flower Care Guide to learn more.

Can I make a change to my order?

When we make reservations on your flowers, it is not always possible to interrupt this process. Please write our team if you have any concerns with what you have ordered.

Will the flowers look exactly as pictured?

We're working with nature here--so it is important to remind anyone that is "new to the flower game", that there are variations in freshly grown products. Just like when you are looking for the perfect produce to bag at the grocery market.

We carefully pack every order and strive to deliver fresh, beautiful blooms. However, if you receive flowers with significant damage, broken stems, incorrect items, or quality concerns, we're here to help.

Please submit your concern to our expert team and provide 2–3 clear photos within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that slight color variations, minor petal bruising, and natural imperfections are common with fresh flowers and do not typically affect their performance or vase life.

If you believe flowers are missing from your order, please double-check all packaging materials first, as smaller or more delicate items can sometimes be tucked away for protection. If anything is still missing, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

While substitutions are rare, they may occasionally be necessary due to crop shortages, weather events, or supply chain disruptions. Any substitutions will be thoughtfully selected based on color, style, size, and value.

Because flowers are perishable products, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by photos. We are unable to guarantee replacement or refunds for issues resulting from improper handling, extended exposure to weather, or delayed unpacking after delivery.

Our goal is simple: we want you to love your flowers, and we'll always do our best to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
